I teach in-person classes in Woodstock Vermont and the surrounding areas.
I guide my students through a practice that combines yoga, pilates, and mindfulness. I have been helping people connect to their breath and bodies, as a way of healing, since 2006. I emphasize Low-Back care with core strength, hip and pelvis stability, and balance poses! My classes are suitable for all ages and all bodies. I help my students cultivate joy, strength, and the vital connection to breath. I will often share a poem at the end of class with the intention of shifting our perspective to new metaphorsand the possibility of creating a new story.
